Ovation Guitar Preamp OP24+C

The Ovation OP24+C is a high-fidelity onboard preamp designed to deliver the brand's signature acoustic-electric clarity with enhanced tonal control. Launched in the late 1990s (around 1997-1998), it features a versatile 3-band EQ with a bypass switch for a pure, uncolored signal. This specific "C" version is notable for its built-in chromatic tuner, allowing for precise tuning even in dark stage environments. It also includes a "Pre-Shape" circuit that boosts bass and treble while cutting mid-range frequencies for a polished, professional sound.
