2000 UK 3 pages

A review article from Guitarist magazine (July 2000) comparing two limited edition electro-acoustic guitars released to mark the millennium: the Ovation 2000-TH Collectors Edition (£1,599) and the Takamine LTD 2000 (£1,699). The article covers build quality, playability, sound, and value for money for both instruments, noting their elaborate decorative inlays and special features. The Ovation received praise for its exotic lacewood top and versatile Optima preamp, while the Takamine was lauded for its state-of-the-art DSP electronics and stunning millennium-themed inlay work.
