Ovation Folklore - Guitar Player Mag 'It's New' section

1973 US

This is a two-page excerpt from the March 1973 issue of Guitar Player Magazine, featuring the Annual Artist Issue cover and an 'It's New' product roundup page. The Ovation Folklore model is briefly highlighted among numerous other new musical instrument products, described as featuring a 1 7/8" wide neck, 25 1/4" scale, 12 frets to the body, Sitka spruce top, five-piece laminated neck, ebony fingerboard, walnut bridge, and fiber glass bowl. The document is not an Ovation catalog but rather a third-party magazine advertisement/editorial mention distributed in the United States.
