Hi! There's no model number, the label only says Custom Guitar andthe
serial number. According to the guy who sold it to me (I think he was
Dave's Guitar Shop, but can't remembre and I got rid of the shipping
docs) it is a 1997 made in the same color of Bill's sport car, but
nothing is confirmed. I wrote to the Ovation people a couple of years
ago asking for information, but I didn't have an answer. I'd love to
know more.
 
The nice part is that the guitar has a playability, a tone nearly as
big & loud ar the A III (my loudest & biggest Ovation) and that the
details are much better done than usual Adamas' of the same age. The
fingerboard is flat and as perfect as a board can be. No signs of
glue, imperfections, etc, a  real  "the-boss-guitar".
